Hi! I’m Liz DeOliveira, a personal trainer and nutritionist who’s truly passionate about helping others feel strong, healthy, and confident. A few years ago, I reached a point where I knew it was time for a change. I wasn’t happy with how I felt or looked, and I decided to take charge of my health. As I approached 50, I transformed my body and mindset, and along the way I became certified so I could support others on their own journeys.

Everything will be tailored to your lifestyle so it doesn't feel like a chore to reach your goals. Each month, we will tweak your food and workouts so you are staying motivated and challenged! Price includes the full 3 month plan, along with biweekly check-ins from me.
